Shaped or Pocket?
|
|
We currently stock only pocket style and shaped nappies. Again, this is to keep things simple.

Shaped Nappies
SHAPED NAPPIES are fastened by either aplix (similar to velcro) or poppers, and you put them on your baby as you would a disposable nappy. They need a wrap (a waterproof outer layer - see ‘What else do I need?”), a nappy liner, and boosters or inserts can be added for heavy wetters if required. They are available in a variety of colourways, with some unique brightly coloured wrap designs.

Pocket Nappies
POCKET NAPPIES are fastened with poppers. The ‘pocket’ refers to the pocket at the back of the nappy which is used to stuff absorbent inserts or boosters – (shaped pieces of material which soak up the moisture - see “What else do I need?”) and a nappy liner if you want to use one (a paper liner to catch any solids). The amount of stuffing can be adjusted depending on how heavy a wetter your baby is, or perhaps for night-time. Again, once stuffed with absorbent inserts, the nappies are put on as you would a disposable nappy, but fastened with poppers. These nappies dry quickly and are very straightforward to use.
