CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order:

you can notify us by email at info@realhappynappies.co.uk
before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
-
when goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning the goods to us
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning
goods to us shall be borne by you. However, should the goods be damaged or faulty, a full refund will be given including the cost of postage.
We recommend that you obtain a ‘certificate of posting’ (this is free) from the Post Office if you return any products. Compensation can
then be sought from Royal Mail if the items do not reach us. If the order is over £28 in value you may wish to divide the merchandise into more than one
parcel or send the using a Royal Mail service which includes extra insurance (Special Delivery, for example).
The right to return the goods to us will not apply if the product has been used (this includes nappies that have been washed). Toiletries
cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.

These should be clearly marked with your order/invoice number, name, reason for return, and instructions regarding whether you would like a
full refund or if you wish to exchange any products.

DELIVERY We aim to dispatch nappies either on the day of order or the following day. If we are out of stock, we will let you know
ASAP and inform you of an estimated delivery date. If we partially deliver your order, no further postage will be charged. We use standard Royal Mail postal services
(First or Second Class). On larger orders we may use a courier.
We endeavour to get your order to you within three working days,
however, you should allow up to five days for delivery.
Delivery is free on orders over £60, and £1.50 on orders below £60
within the UK. On occasion this may not include some UK islands including (but not limited to) the Isle of Man, Outer Hebrides, the Channel Islands & Isles of Scilly for
bigger parcels where standard Royal Mail services and courier options may be restricted. We will contact you if this is the case with details of delivery costs. Should you
wish to cancel your order if postage costs prove unacceptable, this will be no problem.
For orders from outside the UK – we will contact you with a price for postage. If you are not happy with this, you can of course cancel your order.
Please be aware that under the terms of the manufacturer's UK retailer agreements we are unable to dispatch Mother-ease or Tots Bots products outside of the UK.
